Our company name Kudu Overland is to reflect our love of the African continent, wildlife and the great outdoors.

All vehicles must be serviced at least one month before the expedition by a qualified mechanic; the last thing you want is a break down in the middle of nowhere.

All vehicles must have up to date tax and MOT and also full European breakdown cover. Vehicles travelling to Morocco will require a green card insurance. This can be purchased once in Morocco.

All passengers must have the appropriate travel and medical cover.

Deposits of 50% are due to book a place and are non refundable.

Balance is due 12 weeks before departure.

In the event that you the customer cancels, prior to the 12 weeks before the departure date, your 50% deposit is non refundable .

In the event that you the customer cancels, after the 12 weeks before the departure date, 100% expedition fee will be charged.

Kudu Overland reserves the right to alter the itinerary and or routes if deemed necessary without notice.

In the event that Kudu Overland is prevented from performing the trip because of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances and notifies the traveller of the cancellation of the trip without undue delay before the start of the package, 50% refund will be provided and the balance of 50% will be held on account against a future trip taken within one year from the cancellation.

Kudu Overland cannot be held responsible for the actions of third parties.

Kudu Overland cannot be held responsible for the alterations of sailing schedules by ferry companies.

Kudu Overland cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury to self, passengers or vehicle whilst on or off road during our tours. Off road driving can put you and your vehicle at risk, you are fully responsible for your own actions. Therefor adequate insurance is vital.

You have no objection to Kudu Overland filming parts of our Expeditions for social media purposes.

You have no objection to being added to a trip WhatsApp Group.

Vehicles that turn up clearly unmaintained and unserviced, which constantly break down or have to drive slowly due to mechanical issues, will be asked to leave the trip. The trip cost will therefore be forfeited.

A minimum speed of 62 MPH will be driven on all major roads, including Motorways.
